- Learn how to organize the three main meals to avoid appetite.
- Take at least two servings of fruit a day ... but not more than four if you want to lose weight.
- Choose cuts of meat and less fat to reduce the amount of fat and fat before (or after) firing.
- Choose methods of cooking low-fat (steamer, rice cooker, curl, nonstick pans, ...)
- Over calcium (3-4 dairy products a day) ... but by reducing the fat.
- Vegetables and legumes twice a day. Avoid dishes with vegetable fat is more than food 5g/100g (see label).
- If you take a meal replacement, fill it with milk, fruit and a piece of bread to prolong satiety
