Children's recipes tuna macaroni gratin

Tuna macaroni gratin
Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Serves 4
350 g macaroni
1 large can tuna in brine (300 g Net drained)
2 large white onions
1 clove garlic
1 large tomato
20 cl cream
2 pinches thyme
½ bunch parsley
25 g butter
60 g grated County
Salt
1. Cook the pasta al dente in plenty of boiling salted water (about 10 minutes). Drain and refresh under cold running water. Drain again and place them in a large bowl.
2. Preheat oven to 200 ° C (gas mark 6-7).
3. Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic. Cut the tomatoes into small dice seeded. Drain and mash the tuna. Add any macaroni with cream, thyme and parsley. Salt. Mix well.
4. Pour contents of bowl into a buttered gratin dish. Sprinkle grated cheese and small pieces of butter.
5. Make browning oven 20 minutes. Serve in baking dish. For adults, serve a bottle of chili oil.
