Our Bad Habits for Healthy Food

Now, push the discussion a step further: we have healthy food and varied, and are consumed at the right times and in reasonable quantities. But is it enough to talk about healthy eating?
No, because cooking your food can change everything. Too high a temperature will slowly but surely destroy all the vitamins and nutrients from your food. And if you do a little overcooked, you'll even create carcinogens. This is called the Maillard reaction . Worse still, some cooking utensils poor quality will contaminate the products, particularly with heavy metals.
