Physical Activities

Physical activity is one of the major commands for a healthy life and an enviable figure. But our body is not always in ideal conditions to achieve the simplest physical effort.

The key is to listen to what our body needs and if you do not feel the soul or with sufficient force as to put you in a moment, would consider that the best you can do thee s refrain from e do an exercise. Better person that you recognize the moment you said to start exercising.

There are situations where it is better to stay home and not exercising. Finally, do an exercise if we are not good does not make sense. He knows where are these situations then.
